Who We Are
Nicole Finehout
Founder & CEO
Nicole grew up in SW Washington and gave her life to the Lord in 2007. Shortly after being baptized she felt God leading her to do missions in Peru, and in 2008 went an interned with YWAM where she met her husband, Osmar. They started a childrens ministry together in 2009 and got married in 2010. Today they have 3 littles and continue to serve in ministry however God leads them.

Amy McGee
Co-Founder & Secretary
Amy and her family moved to Peru in 2009 after her husband Joel returned from a short term mission trip where his life was transformed. Their ministry teaches locals small engine machanics with the belief that teaching a man to fish is the most powerful gift they could give. After sending their daughter off to college Amy felt God tugging on her heart regarding the next chapter in her life so when the opportunity came to serve with Peru Pasos she felt it was God opening a door where she has worked passionately to see this dream into fruition.

Zulema Freyre Flores
Co-Founder, Mentor & Finances
Zulema grew up in Iquitos Peru. She and her husband Antony have been dedicated to serving the less fortunate, including serving as the director for a womens rehab shelter, while studying accounting and Antony serves his community as a licensed physcologist. Even though they have 2 littles, they both felt they could do more so they opened their home to serve teens sharing with them the love of Jesus Christ.

Jennifer Ashcraft
Co-Founder & Missions Team Leader
Jennifer came to Peru in 2023 to teach at a youth purity conference, she fell in love with the people and shortly after felt God calling her to start a non-profit. Even though she was working on obtaining her docterate her passion and dedication didnt waiver and now we are seeing that dream become a reality

Ken Hash
Team Liaison
Ken is a retired civil engineer living with his wife Kim in Washington State. He is active in Fathers House Church and has been involved in children's ministry for over 40 years. Ken is also invlolved in his local Lions Club and loves spending time with his grandchildren. In 2024 Ken went to Peru on a mission trip to Peru where his team spent a day working on the fixer upper project ranch meant to be the home base of operations for Peru Pasos. While we joked that this was the geriatrics team something was ignited on that trip. Then after hosting Nicole in their home to attend a conference and share with their church about the ministry needs, Ken out of the stirring of his heart asked to be the acting liaison to which he was gratefully excepted.

Milca Jaramillo
Youth Mentor
Milca is the daughter of Santos and Enith Jaramillo and is one of 6 siblings. She grew up a pastors kid and has dedicated her life serving in ministry. She is passionate about serving children always giving her absolute best including all her creativity and energy that God has gifted her with. Her positive attitude and friendly smile quickly make her the favorite "Tia" and trusted confidant whenever there are littles around.
